With the use of Coaching tools and NLP techniques you will learn how to relax quickly and easily. First, we explore what is important to you. Second, help you to de-stress from your everyday situations. Provide you with insights as to what you notice and how to focus your mind. What having perception without awareness is and how it influences your decision making. Along with techniques to help you change your state of mind when experiencing high levels of anxiety. Including some relaxation techniques to self-regulate in stressful situations.
The main aim is to develop a positive mind set, build your confidence and offer easy techniques to switch your emotional state to one that gets you the results you want!
It is a fully interactive and enjoyable workshop to ensure you get the maximum benefit. Delivered in a relaxing, calm environment with up to six attendees for each workshop. By keeping the numbers small ensures you receive a more intimate, individual experience.
